ECM is looking for church planters and/or evangelists for its work in Austria. You will join a team that is working towards the goal of planting a new church. A key part of this work involves building relationships in the community. The team will be supervised either by ECM or our local partner organisation - the BEGÖ (Union of Evangelical Churches in Austria).
Description
In the Austrian federal state of Carinthia, several church planting initiatives and young churches can be found. As an evangelist and/or church planter, you will help one of these church plants to grow to maturity. You will assist the church plant in reaching out to the local community and building relationships. There will be opportunities for contact evangelism using activities such as music and sport.
Qualities
Building relationships with non-Christians is something you are good at and enjoy. You have an entrepreneurial spirit. You are an active member of your church. You speak German or are willing to learn the language.
